UK Regional Director - Delivery & Growth

Maximus is seeking a senior delivery operations leader to guide all aspects of delivery in a defined London geography, driving growth and impact. The role carries multi-contract P&L responsibility for a £150m+ revenue unit and requires strategic leadership across dispersed teams.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in senior leadership, a Masters, and strong experience in government/public sector environments, with a track record of winning high-value contracts and transforming service delivery.
