UK Payroll Specialist - End-to-End, Compliance & Data

SE First is seeking a Payroll Specialist to own end-to-end payroll across our growing organisation in the UK. You will ensure accuracy, compliance and data integrity while maintaining strong controls that reduce risk.

You'll work with HiBob and other HRIS/payroll systems, manage HMRC reporting (RTI, FPS/EPS) and year-end activities, and support internal and external audits with clear documentation and stakeholder collaboration.
