UK Fintech Compliance Leader - Remote

Cleo in the UK is seeking a UK Compliance Lead to join our Legal, Compliance & Policy team. You will own the compliance program for Cleo's UK regulated products, shaping governance, processes, and controls to support growth.

You'll partner with Legal, Product, Engineering, and Operations to translate FCA requirements into scalable solutions, interface with the FCA on examinations, and develop a growing UK team.
