Job Description:Reporting to the UK-Sweden Marketing lead, the UK Field Marketing Associate Manager will drive demand and pipeline growth across the UK and Sweden for Microsoft products and IT services. This role involves executing high-impact, measurable marketing programs tailored to local markets, including:
- Elevate and strengthen brand positioning
- Support pipeline growth through demand generation campaigns and events
- Deliver exceptional client experiences
As a key bridge between sales and marketing, you'll be part of a fast-paced, high-performing team in a global IT consulting company focused on excellence and results.
Key responsibilities:- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, ABM, events, webinars, content syndication) influencing pipeline and revenue in the UK and Sweden.
- Localize global campaigns for UK and Sweden markets, leveraging digital, content, and events to drive awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with sales and business teams to align priorities and target accounts.
- Support lead qualification and nurturing with inside sales teams.
- Partner with vendors like Microsoft on co-branded and joint campaigns.
- Manage agencies and vendors to deliver quality results within budget and timeframes.
- Drive client evidence processes to identify new opportunities.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using marketing dashboards and automation platforms (e.g., Marketo).
- Share knowledge and best practices with regional teams.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market dynamics, buyer personas, and competitive landscape.
- B2B marketing experience with a focus on demand generation and campaign management.
- Proven success in driving pipeline and revenue through multi-channel marketing.
- Experience in IT consulting, professional services, or tech firms, ideally with Microsoft or cloud ecosystems.
- Business acumen and experience working closely with sales teams.
- Knowledge of the UK market is essential; familiarity with the Swedish market is advantageous.
- Skilled in CRM and marketing automation tools like Marketo.
