UK Cyber Integration Lead: Strategy & Transformation

HSBC is seeking an experienced leader to head UK Cyber Business Integration, reporting to the UK CISO. You will guide the cyber integration team, align priorities with customer growth, and partner with Architecture/Engineering and Delivery to embed secure-by-design practices across UK initiatives.

You will manage governance, risk, and reporting to regulators while driving transformation and M&A support as needed. Hybrid or on-site working in the UK is possible.
