UK Customer Success Manager - Micad (Remote)

SINGU is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead UK customers on the Micad platform and drive retention, expansion, and overall success. You'll build trusted relationships, guide customers, and work with cross-functional teams to maximize value.

This remote role (Cardiff area preferred) requires travel for UK on-site visits and a passion for shaping exceptional customer experiences as we scale.
