UK & Global Payroll Specialist

La Fosse is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage the end-to-end UK payroll process and oversee international payroll for the Netherlands and Dubai. The role collaborates with People Experience, Finance and external providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll via HiBob/ Pento, NetSuite, and related systems.

You will maintain payroll controls, reconciliations and records, while driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
