The position:

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Team Leader to join our team in Dunstable.

Working Hours: Any 5 out of 7 14:00-22:00

Salary: £31,861

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: LU5 4RZ

Role of a Senior Team Leader

• Managing, developing and supporting team of Junior Team Leaders (JTLs)
• Assist with managing and motivating the workforce against set KPI's
• Promote & lead a high level of Health & Safety expectations across the workforce
• Communicate key information on business updates and changes
• Produce accurate and timely reports, both internally and to the client
• Deliver against clients requests for working hours through booking extra or cancelling hours

As a Senior Team Leader, you will need to have

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced operational environment
• Strong knowledge of performance management and KPI delivery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of Health & Safety regulations and practices
• Highly organised with strong planning and resource allocation skills
• Data-driven with strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
