Job Description

The Role

We partner with our clients by providing ad technology, training, and strategic insights to transform their business.

Day-to-day, you will focus on developing and supporting our Google Marketing Platform clients who license Search Ads 360. You will leverage your PPC hands-on expertise, passion, and experience by being the go-to person to educate, advise, and guide your clients through their digital transformation.

This role offers diversity as you will work with a wide range of clients, from in-house advertisers to agencies across various industries, with varying requirements and levels of digital maturity. You will be involved in the sales process with new prospects and expected to project manage their onboarding successfully.

You will contribute to training materials, assist in building new processes, and inform the strategy behind the services we deliver. You will be at the forefront of innovations in search ad tech, helping to build propositions that delight our clients.

Key Outcomes

  • Deliver GMP platform & paid search support and digital maturity recommendations to a portfolio of clients, including:
    • Providing reactive email and phone technical support for SA360 queries.
    • Offering strategic recommendations for broader paid search support.
    • Raising support tickets with Google on behalf of clients and escalating as needed.
    • Providing industry updates and recommendations in monthly meetings, including creating/updating relevant materials.
    • Creating and owning technical and strategic platform roadmaps for clients.
    • Conducting ad-hoc sessions and workshops on topics like audiences, automation, audits, etc.
  • Act as an internal expert on PPC and Google Marketing Platform best practices, including:
    • Delivering internal SA360 training and maintaining materials.
    • Supporting media activation teams across their search accounts.
    • Hosting internal SA360 sessions and feature overviews.
    • Providing proactive updates on Slack regarding key features.
    • Offering strategic and technical guidance to internal teams for larger clients.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction, understanding challenges, spotting opportunities, and educating on digital maturity through workshops and support.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Google, attending webinars and events, and seeking new initiatives or pilots.
  • Support creation and delivery of training for internal and external audiences.
  • Work with the wider team to ensure professional service delivery by a passionate ad tech team.
  • Lead and develop client accounts through upselling and cross-selling, collaborating with the growth team.
  • Assist sales with new prospects and help build the brand via blogs, case studies, and awards.
  • Innovate with new solutions and services in Search Ad Tech, including value-based bidding and consultancy support.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell proprietary solutions and collaborate on AI-based initiatives.

About You

  • Deep knowledge of paid search execution and hands-on optimisation through Search Ads 360 and GMP.
  • 5+ years PPC experience across various verticals.
  • Passionate about search ad technology and its impact on digital marketing.
