We are seeking a VIP Yacht Nurse to provide dedicated, 1:1 clinical oversight for an 80-year-old VIP. This mission delivers hospital-grade healthcare within the most exclusive maritime environments in the world.
The MissionYour primary responsibility is the proactive health management and continuous monitoring of a single VIP patient. As the vessel navigates a premier Mediterranean itinerary-including the French Riviera, Sardinia, and the Amalfi Coast -you will ensure clinical excellence is maintained at all times, whether at anchor in Monaco or exploring the Dalmatian Coast.
The Clinical TeamYou will operate within a sophisticated, multi-disciplinary medical ecosystem designed for 24/7 care:
Lead British Doctor: Providing clinical governance and senior medical direction.
Specialist Physiotherapists: Working alongside the nursing team to optimize the patient's physical longevity.
Elite Western Nursing Team: A collaborative group of Tier-1 peers ensuring seamless continuity of care.
The Safety ProtocolPatient safety and staff recovery are prioritized via a mandatory Double-Nurse Shift System . This ensures you always have a professional partner for clinical tasks and support, while maintaining a sustainable balance between rigorous duty and rest.
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a Western-standard university.
Clinical Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in Acute Care (ICU, ER, or A&E is essential).
Language: Native-level or C1 English proficiency.
Profile: Exceptional discretion, clinical autonomy, and a professional presence suited for the most demanding private environments.
