Job Description
UHNW Clinical Specialist - Elite Maritime Care Division

Swansea, United Kingdom Posted on 22/02/2026

The Mission

Translate your high-acuity trauma experience into an extraordinary global lifestyle. We are actively retaining a distinguished nursing professional to deliver immaculate, 1:1 care for an esteemed 80-year-old VIP aboard a state-of-the-art private superyacht. This role seamlessly merges uncompromising clinical vigilance with the zenith of luxury travel. You will safeguard our principal's absolute well-being as the vessel traces a bespoke Mediterranean itinerary-dropping anchor in the world-renowned yachting hub of Viareggio, the mythical, tranquil waters of Ithaca, and the perfectly preserved medieval island-city of Trogir.

The Team

At the highest echelon of private ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) healthcare, you operate alongside absolute clinical excellence. You will become a core pillar of a seamlessly integrated, bespoke medical entourage. Your daily clinical framework is led by a resident Lead British Doctor, working in continuous, synchronous collaboration with onboard Physiotherapists and a strictly vetted, Western-trained nursing team.

The Safety

Gold-standard care is impossible without a fully optimized and rested medical team. To ensure our VIP's continuous safety and entirely eliminate practitioner fatigue, we mandate an uncompromising double-nurse shift system. This vital structure guarantees you remain clinically sharp, highly energized, and fully capable of executing flawless care at a moment's notice.

Requirements Clinical & Professional Requirements

This highly exclusive maritime rotation is strictly reserved for acute care specialists who meet our exacting criteria:

Education: A Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is completely mandatory.

Experience: 4+ years of recent, high-intensity clinical practice strictly within ICU, ER, or A&E environments.

Communication: Native or C1 equivalent English fluency, coupled with the unparalleled discretion, deep emotional intelligence, and poised diplomacy required in the elite private sector.

The Compensation & Lifestyle Package

We provide a bespoke remuneration structure tailored to reward and retain top-tier clinical talent:

Living Arrangements: Premium en-suite quarters aboard the yacht, offering a beautifully appointed and tranquil sanctuary during your off-shift hours.

Leave: 30 days of generous annual leave to completely disconnect, explore, and recharge.

Expenses: 100% of your day-to-day living, fine culinary, and global travel expenses are fully assumed by the estate.

The Process

We highly value the time and demanding shift schedules of active trauma and critical care professionals. To guarantee maximum discretion and absolute flexibility, the initial interview phase will be conducted securely via our online platform.
