As a UC Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design and delivery of Unified Communications solutions as well as other key tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and delivering comprehensive UC solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • Creating High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation to support solution implementation and deployment.
  • Conducting thorough testing of UC solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and security.
  • Engaging with clients in a customer-facing environment to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.

Skills/Must have:

  • Proven experience in UC & Voice Solution Design & Delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with leading vendors, including Ribbon, Genesys, Cisco, and Avaya.
  • Active Security Clearance (SC) and the ability to obtain Developed Vetting (DV) Clearance.

Salary:

  • We offer a competitive salary of £55,000, reflecting the importance and impact of this role.

Location:

  • Hybrid working (3x a week onsite) based out of Bristol, Chippenham, Reading or Hemel Hempstead.
