  • Projectmanageandexecutemajor2026eventsincludingLondonScreenings(Feb),LondonDinner(Aug/Sept),MIPCOM(Oct),ContentLondon(asapplicable),andadditionalscreenings.
  • Buildeventtimelines,run-of-showplans,andbudgettrackers.Developclearpre-eventcommunicationplansforseniorleadershipandSales
  • Managevendors,venuesandon-the-groundproduction
  • Ensureeventsaredeliveredsmoothly,professionally,andonschedule.
  • Manageday-to-daymarketingsupportforEMEAandAPACthird-partytitles,ensuringstrategicalignmentacrosspositioning,materials,andsalesreadiness.
  • Adaptandimplementcreativecampaignstailoredtomarketneeds.
  • Manageandquality-controlallsalesmaterials(decks,blasts,decks,artwork,metadata).
Creative&AssetCoordination
  • WorkwiththeLACreativeteamtoshapekeyart,trailers/promos,andglobalcampaignassets.
  • Coordinatecreativedeliverablesformarketssuchascatalogs,booth/walldesign,andbanners
  • Trackfeedback,routeassets,organizeapprovals,andensuredeadlinesaremet.
  • Manageagency/vendorformarketcreativeandsmallercollateralneeds.
  • Driveprojectmanagementtoensurecreativeassetsaredeliveredontime,tobrief,andtothehigheststandards.
Cross-FunctionalCommunication&Reporting
  • Provideregular,statusupdatestotheHeadofMarketing,HeadofDistribution,andwiderglobalSalesteams.
  • MaintainclearcommunicationbetweenLondonandLA,ensuringalignmentontimelinesanddeliverables.
Qualifications/Requirements

  • StrongknowledgeoftheglobalorEMEAtelevisionlandscape
