Job Description

Coursera is seeking a Customer Success Specialist (Turkish Speaking) for an 11-month fixed-term contract based in Dublin, Ireland. You will support Turkish-speaking customers across EMEA with structured engagement, value-driven conversations, and proactive outreach to drive retention, adoption and expansion.

You'll collaborate with Sales, Renewals, Support, and Product teams, translate feedback into insights, manage your queue of CTAs, and help refine our pooled model with scalable processes.
