Our client, a well-established boutique Law Firm, is seeking a Turkish speaking conveyancing lawyer - offering a competitive salary (DOE/PQE), hybrid working, pension, a supportive environment, career progression, and exposure to high-profile development projects.
You will be a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer joining their growing residential property team. The role focuses on residential conveyancing, particularly new-build purchases for Turkish clients, a key part of the firm's client base. The firm is known for high-quality property work and strong relationships with industry-leading companies. Fluency in Turkish and English, and solid new-build experience, are essential.
Key Responsibilities for this Turkish Speaking Conveyancing Lawyer- Manage residential property transactions from instruction to completion
- Specialise in new-build and off-plan purchases
- Provide legal advice and updates to Turkish-speaking clients
- Liaise with developers, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Review contracts, title documentation, and supporting legal documents
- Handle exchanges and completions
