Tunnelling Commercial Manager - TOC Assurance

Matchtech is recruiting an experienced Commercial Manager - Target Outturn Cost Assurance (Tunnelling) to join our client's London team. The role focuses on cost management, TOC assurance, and commercial risk reviews for tunnelling and underground works.

You will oversee contractor relationships and provide expert input on TBM operations, shaft construction, and underground structures, supporting delivery across highways, defence, security, nuclear, and rail projects.
