Trust Operations Co-ordinator

Education Sector Worle, North Somerset

Reed is delighted to be supporting a growing organisation within the education sector in the recruitment of a newly created Trust Operations Co-ordinator position.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a large and expanding multi-site organisation during a significant period of growth and transformation. Working closely with senior leaders, this role will sit at the heart of the organisation, acting as a key point of coordination across multiple locations and supporting the smooth running of central operations.

This is far more than a traditional administration role. Combining elements of Personal Assistant, Office Manager and Operations Co-ordinator, you'll become the organisational hub for senior leadership, helping to drive communication, collaboration and operational excellence across a network of schools.

As this is a brand-new position, there is a genuine opportunity to make the role your own, build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and have a visible impact across the wider organisation.

The Key Details

  • 30-37 hours per week
  • Permanent contract
  • Term Time + INSET Days + 2 Weeks During School Holidays

  • £23,899 - £29,475 actual salary
  • £32,597 - £35,413 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE)
  • Annual incremental pay progression
  • Predominantly based in Worle, North Somerset

The Role

You will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leaders whilst helping to coordinate activities across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex diaries, calendars and meeting schedules for senior leaders
  • Acting as a central point of contact for staff, stakeholders and external partners
  • Coordinating organisation-wide meetings, forums, events and conferences
  • Managing central enquiries, inboxes and communications
  • Preparing reports, presentations, briefings and key documentation
  • Supporting the day-to-day operation of central hub facilities
  • Coordinating room bookings, visitor management and logistics
  • Supporting compliance, safeguarding and health & safety administration
  • Building strong relationships with leaders and teams across multiple locations

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates who have experience within senior administration, executive support, office management or operations-based roles.

To be successful, you'll ideally have:

  • Experience in a Senior Administrator, PA, Office Manager or Operations support role
  • Strong diary and calendar management experience
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • The ability to manage multiple competing demands effectively
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong attention to detail and document accuracy
  • A proactive and self-sufficient approach to work
  • Confidence liaising with senior stakeholders
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Location

The role is predominantly based in Worle, North Somerset, with occasional travel required to three additional sites across South Gloucestershire and North Somerset.

Due to the multi-site nature of the role, candidates must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.
