An established and highly regarded professional services firm is experiencing sustained growth across all departments and is now looking to appoint a Trust Manager / Senior Trust Manager to play a key role in the continued development of its Trust, Executry and Charity Accounting function.

The OpportunityYou will join a friendly, capable and growing Trust team, taking on a senior role that goes beyond day-to-day delivery. The firm is keen to appoint someone who will:
- Help shape and drive the Trust team forward as it continues to grow
- Lead the development and implementation of technology and process improvements that streamline routine trust work, enabling the wider team to focus on more complex, high-value matters
- Contribute to project-based initiatives, including the adoption of new systems, automation and smarter working practices
- Bring ideas, innovation and leadership to ensure the team continues to stay ahead of client expectations
- Preparation, review and coordination of trust, executry and charity accounts
- Oversight of a broad range of trust structures, from straightforward to complex
- Liaising with legal, tax and investment professionals (in-house and external)
- Supporting the wider Trust team through guidance, delegation and mentoring
- Contributing to improvements in systems, processes and technology
- Helping to develop and future-proof the Trust accounting offering
- Strong experience in trust and executry accounting within professional services
- Comfortable operating with autonomy and taking responsibility
- Commercially aware, organised and detail-focused
