University Hospital Sussex NHS Foundation Trust invites you to join our dynamic team as a Trust Doctor in the Department of Medicine at our esteemed St Richard's Hospital, Chichester, and Worthing Hospital, Worthing locations.

Main duties of the jobAs a Trust Doctor, you will be an integral part of our dynamic medical team, collaborating with junior doctors, Physicians Associates, and specialist nursing practitioners.
Your clinical expertise, communication skills, initiative, and leadership qualities will be essential in guiding medical students and junior doctors, while also contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Experience / Qualifications- Full GMC Registration with a licence to practice
- Advanced Life Support Certificate from the Resuscitation Council UK or equivalent
- Completion of F1/F2 competences or equivalent
- Current or previous employment in a UKFPO affiliated foundation programme or 12 months' experience after full GMC registration and evidence of achievement of foundation competencies
- Have 4 - 12 months' experience in medical specialties as defined by the JRCPTB by time of appointment
- Recognition of, and ability to undertake the initial management of, an acutely ill patient
- Experience and ability to work in multi professional teams
- Understanding of: NHS / Clinical governance / Resource constraints
- Evidence of managerial skills: Achievements / Course attended
