Trust & Safety Specialist: Content Moderation (Hybrid)

Strava is hiring two Trust & Safety Specialists to join the Dublin team, owning core content moderation operations. You'll review user reports and proactive flags, enforce policies, and work across teams to support moderation at scale, including weekend coverage for Saturday or Sunday shifts.

The role requires 2-3 years in content moderation, strong policy judgement, and experience with Intercom or similar tools. We offer a flexible hybrid setup, with significant on-site time in Dublin.
