Languages: Norwegian / Swedish / Danish

Contract: 12-month FTC (potential to extend)

Hours: 40 hours per week 24/7 shift environment

What You'll Do

• Review and moderate online content (videos, text, profiles)
• Ensure content aligns with platform policies and guidelines
• Investigate and resolve user-reported issues
• Support a safe and positive online community
• Contribute to process improvements and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish + strong English
• Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills
• Resilient, adaptable, and able to handle sensitive content
• Interest in online platforms, social media, and digital trends
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience in customer service, content moderation, or BPO
