  • Salary of £19,515 (pro rata for 32.5 hours) based on Single Status Grade 4.9 (£25,185 FTE); terms: 46 weeks, 08:30-15:30, 5 days, 32.5 hrs per week with unpaid half hour lunch and a successful six month probationary review.
The Role

As an Administrative Assistant, you will support day to day operations in one of our schools. Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing general clerical support, especially coordinating documentation of Educational Health Care Plans (EHCP).
  • Minute meetings and maintain pupil data on the Trust's information system, Bromcom, and submit Census Returns.
  • Providing main office cover when required.
  • Using standard Microsoft software, including Excel.
  • Communicating with Trust team members, professionals and agencies.
  • MAY be required to work at any of our six sites permanently or as cover.
