About the role

We're looking for a Treasury Manager to assist with the set-up and ongoing management of treasury front, mid and back-office functions.

  • You have experience in cash and liquidity management, managing daily cash positions, updating forecasts and highlighting funding needs or investment opportunities.
  • You are familiar with banking platforms, payment types and different clearing systems.
  • You have an understanding about managing intercompany funding, interest rate and FX risk. Experience using FXAll or a similar trading platform is advantageous.
  • You're experienced using treasury management systems. A sound knowledge of Kyriba is welcome.
  • You're proactive, technically competent, hungry to learn and great at stakeholder management in a fast-moving environment.
  • You have a passion for Digital Infrastructure, Tech or AI and/or relevant experience within the sector
What you will be doing

Front Office

  • Work with the Treasury and Finance Teams in contributing towards the growth and scaling of the organisation, adhering to Company policy.
  • Continue to build strong, long-term relationships with key cash management banking partners and internal Finance and other stakeholders.
  • Optimise short term funding and cash positions by managing intercompany funding
  • Monitor FX and IR exposures and assist with execution and settlement of derivative transactions, when requested.

Mid Office / Back Office

  • Partner with the Accounting and Reporting Team to transition the management of day to day short term forecasting & liquidity management to the Treasury Team.
  • Ensure covenant compliance with loan facilities, ensuring reporting deliverables are met, covenants forecast and reported as required under the financing agreements.
  • Assist with the treasury management system implementation, utilization, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of reporting.
  • Ensure timely settlement of Treasury payments, namely those related to FX, debt, and derivative transactions.
  • Prepare audit trails, manage treasury documentation, and support both internal and external audit requirements
  • Assist with the preparation of Treasury reports, covering liquidity, FX exposures and project updates.
About You (Skills / Qualifications)
  • around 3-5 years' experience in treasury
  • Experience with Treasury Management Systems, MMF and FX Trading platforms.
  • Understanding of risk frameworks
  • Good communication and stakeholder management
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience in Digital Infrastructure sector
  • Knowledge of Power BI, or other reporting tools
  • Relevant treasury certification (CFA, CTP, ACT)
