SummaryThe Treasury Analyst will be an integral part of our Cash Management and Corporate banking team, supporting many aspects of our global Treasury functions. In this role, you will gain invaluable experience with visibility into client's operations and business and have a meaningful impact within a growing Finance organization. Responsibilities- Actively manage daily cash balances among dozens of key subsidiaries and bank accounts
- Support execution and coordination of inter company and external cash movement, including wire transfers
- Support Treasury team on day to day wire payments
- Assist the Treasury team on system maintenance around administration of banking portal access
- Support a robust controls environment with regular interactions among internal and external audit functions
- Support system administration across various internal systems
- Support with bank account administration tasks including opening/closing accounts KYC and other administrative tasks
- Perform confirmation and settlement of foreign currency trades
- Provide support for testing of systems for new roll outs
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
- Experience in domestic and international Treasury Operations
- Exceptional analytical skills and strong Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
- Knowledge of banking and treasury systems such as CashPro, CitiDirect, HSBCnet, 360T, Finastra is a plus
- Must be a self starter, have own initiative, and possess strong prioritisation and organisation skills
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and can handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Must have good verbal, written, and presentation skills to articulate ideas and plans clearly, accurately and effectively with all levels of internal and external audiences
- Must be a team player adept at facilitating an open exchange of ideas and know how to build win/win relationships
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines with meticulous attention to detail
