Traveling Customer Liaison Officer - Social Housing

Fortem are seeking an experienced Customer Liaison Officer to support the Guinness Partnership on social housing refurbishment projects across Yorkshire and Derbyshire. The role requires travel and a permanent contract with core hours Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm.

You will pro-actively arrange retrofit surveys, engage residents and coordinate access, with strong communication and negotiation skills, and a focus on delivering works on schedule.
