What You'll Do:

• Answer travel-related inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy
• Assist with tickets, cancellations, refunds, and customer concerns
• Resolve issues quickly, accurately, and with a positive attitude
• Provide personalized travel solutions and options
• Keep customer records and internal systems up to date

️ What We're Looking For:

• Fluent in German, Spanish, and English (C1 level)
• Previous customer service experience, especially in tourism, is a plus
• Great communication skills and attention to detail
• A proactive problem-solver who can multitask effectively
• Friendly, professional, and highly organized
