Travel-Friendly Hairdressing Skills Coach for Apprenticeships

Total Training Provision is seeking an experienced Freelance Skills Coach to support 17 Hairdressing and Barbering Apprentices across Level 2 and 3. You will provide one-to-one coaching, monitor progress, and ensure EPA readiness with employer collaboration.

Most learners are in Yorkshire; travel along the M62 to visit their salon workplaces is expected. The role combines high standards, autonomy, and a people-first culture in a supportive organisation.
