Trauma-Informed SEND Assistant for Specialist SEMH School

Keys Education is opening Lexden Hall School, a specialist SEMH and Autism provision for pupils across Key Stages 2 to 4, focusing on those who have experienced school-based trauma. The SEND Assistant supports SEND provision and helps pupils access the curriculum under guidance.

The role collaborates with SENDCo, teaching, pastoral and Clinical teams to implement strategies and ensure pupils engage in learning and make progress, with safeguarding and DBS requirements noted.
