Job Description

  • Follow shipments throughout the entire delivery process, ensuring timely arrivals and cost control. Act promptly to resolve any delays or challenges.
  • Manage both domestic and cross-border trucking activities, ensuring goods are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Handle disruptions such as route changes or delays in coordination with internal teams and external providers, ensuring minimal impact on operations.
  • Serve as the main contact for local trucking vendors-coordinate schedules, troubleshoot issues, and foster strong partnerships to support smooth logistics operations.
  • Ensure all international shipments meet customs requirements, with accurate documentation and adherence to relevant import/export regulations.
  • Keep comprehensive records on transportation activities, including shipment tracking, vendor performance, and cost data. Deliver timely reports to management.
  • Regularly assess and improve transportation processes to cut costs, accelerate delivery timelines, and boost overall productivity.


Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated background in transportation logistics, with a strong focus on international and cross-border trucking operations.
  • Proven ability in tracking shipments and monitoring KPIs to ensure service levels are consistently met.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and shipments with strong time management and coordination skills.
  • Solid understanding of international logistics procedures, including customs regulations, documentation, and clearance protocols.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate confidently with internal stakeholders, service providers, and overseas partners.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
