Transport First Line Manager

We're looking for a hands on Transport FLM to lead drivers and admin teams, ensuring safety, compliance, and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan routes and daily drops
• Monitor driver hours and legal compliance
• Liaise with warehouse for accurate, timely loading
• Drive cost control and continuous improvement
• Lead and engage your team to hit KPIs

About You

• Experience in transport planning and operations
• Knowledge of transport legislation and driver hours
• Familiar with digital transport systems (Microlise, Paragon, etc.)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
