The role

Your key duties will involve the preparation of detailed design, feasibility studies and scheme reports on a variety of projects. Alongside this, you will also have the opportunity to take responsibility for project management, budgeting, producing bill of quantities, and costings. Provide assurance that scheme designs comply with specification and agreed programme Work to ensure designs comply with health and safety regulations and CDM requirements Alongside colleagues, ensure designs are assessed for environmental impacts.

About you

We are looking for an Engineer with consulting experience around the design and management of the Section 278/38 process, as well as: Sound knowledge of the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges and Manual for Streets Ability to engage and conduct effective negotiations with client, stakeholders, subcontractors and third parties Understanding of Health & Safety legislation Competent in use of CAD, Vehicle Tracking and knowledge of Civil 3D
