Transport Administrator

Transport Administrator Redditch Full-time, office-based

£32,000 - £35,000 D.O.E. plus 10% Shift Allowance

Prestigious client is looking for a Transport Admin/Coordinator to join a busy and friendly logistics team in Redditch. This is an office-based role (no hybrid), ideal for someone highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working under pressure.

The Role

• Monitor and track the movement of goods from A to B
• Keep customers updated on shipments in real time
• Ensure full control of tracking processes and resolve issues quickly
• Handle customer communication at the highest level
• Work closely with 1-2 team members during night shifts

The Ideal candidate will have

• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
• A positive, proactive "can-do" attitude
• Ideally some experience in transport/logistics
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Comfortable working in a small team during nights

Hours

• 4 on 4 Off Shift Pattern - 07:00am - 19:00pm (44 hours per week, 1-hour unpaid break) + 10% Shift Allowance/Bonus
• Training: 6-8 weeks on day shifts (40 hours per week, salary pro rata during this period)
