iPify was founded in 2021, with a vision to provide a collaborative platform for IP professionals to work with clients, foreign associates and providers, together with reliable and trusted services.

Since our inception, we have grown from only a few employees to over 40, with no signs of stopping anytime soon!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Efficiently manage translation requests while adhering to internal procedures, styles and glossaries (including project management and proofreading)

Regularly take ownership of onboarding, supporting and assessing our network of translators

Keep a sharp eye on operational and official deadlines

Provide support on our CAT tool technology

Contribute to quality processes by proposing innovative improvements to platform functionalities and templates

Strengthen the team dynamic and play a role in sharing best practices across the company

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You're highly organized, structured, and calm under pressure. You possess a high attention to detail combined with empathy for your customers. You can easily handle multiple projects simultaneously and work both independently and as part of a team. You are also comfortable with managing recurring tasks.

You have a near-native knowledge of English, French or German, with excellent working knowledge of the other two languages. Please note that German is mandatory for this position.

You thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, and are happy to actively participate in its development.

You're a problem-solver with a curious mind, and would enjoy being involved in the creation and growth of a start-up.
