Transformation Training Lead - Remote Curriculum Architect

IVC Evidensia UK is seeking a Training & Content Lead to shape a learning strategy during a major transformation. You will design a curriculum and role-based pathways, collaborating with programme teams to embed learning as BAU and provide ongoing refresher support across the organisation.

You will utilise digital, face-to-face and blended methods to deliver engaging training, manage deadlines and drive measurable behavioural change within a veterinary/healthcare context.
