Transformation Officer, Asset Management Tech

Are you an experienced Business and Technology Strategist with a proven track record in Technology and Organizational Strategy, Digital Transformation, and Asset Management? Do you enjoy leading strategic business transformations driven by technology?

This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our Asset Management (AM) Tech organization, covering aspects such as defining strategy and operating models, technology architecture, data landscape, and the application of emerging technologies like artificial intelligence (AI), all aimed at creating a scalable future setup.

We are seeking an experienced Strategy Lead to:

1. Develop and communicate a compelling AM Tech target operating model aligned with business and group strategies.
2. Lead strategic planning for the AM Tech organization and architecture in collaboration with stakeholders.
3. Implement performance and governance frameworks for continuous improvement across strategic, financial, change, risk, and organizational domains.
4. Detail and execute the AM Tech strategy and transformation roadmap in partnership with the business.
5. Manage a portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
6. Define and drive planning activities for the AM target operating model and architecture.
7. Align on AI strategies for AM and oversee delivery with the CTO and AI CoE.
8. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, engaging with vendors to identify growth opportunities.
9. Manage relationships with strategic partners within the ecosystem.
10. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of initiatives.
11. Prepare and review materials for stakeholder meetings in collaboration with management.
12. Conduct ad-hoc assessments and due diligences.
13. Review and steer the performance of AM Technology delivery against strategic objectives.
14. Promote UBS's Pillars, Principles, and Behaviors, fostering collaboration across teams.

You will be part of the Asset Management Technology division in Zurich, leading the AM Tech Strategy and Transformation Office. This leadership role offers opportunities for growth, skill development, and strategic influence, overseeing a team across Zurich, London, India, and Poland.

Your expertise should include:

• Proven experience applying strategic frameworks to solve complex problems and develop organizational and technology strategies with clear business value.
• Ideally 8+ years in strategy development, transformation, and project management.
• Experience designing and executing large-scale strategies and transformations in complex, global organizations.
• Good understanding of the Asset Management industry and technology trends.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
• Analytical, data-driven, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, proactive, independent, with a sense of ownership.
