As part of this journey, they are seeking a Transformation Leader- EMEA to lead strategic transformation initiatives across the organisation. Description

• Lead end-to-end transformation programmes from design through implementation, adoption and value realisation.
• Drive measurable improvements through operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities and accelerate delivery across the business.
• Lead process redesign, simplification and standardisation across key functions.
• Identify opportunities to leverage digital technologies, automation and AI to enhance business performance.
• Establish governance frameworks, KPIs and performance management routines that sustain business outcomes.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of transformation professionals while building organisational capability.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver strategic change within a busy FMCG & Manufacturing environment.

Profile

• Proven experience leading business, operational or process transformation programmes within complex organisations.
• Strong track record of delivering large-scale change initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Leadership experience, including coaching, developing and managing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders.
• Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain, operations or similar environments.
• A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to build strong relationships across functions and geographies.

Job Offer

* £100,000 - £120,000 base salary plus bonus.
