Transaction Tax Assistant Manager: Buy/Sell-side Diligence

WTS UK in London seeks a Transaction Tax Assistant Manager / Senior Consultant to advise on the tax aspects of acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and financings for a wide client base, from family-run businesses to large listed companies and private equity portfolio companies.

You will support tax due diligence, identify and quantify tax risks, and provide commercially focused advice throughout the deal lifecycle.
