Job Description

Can you imagine the satisfaction gained from directly contributing to the continued success of Porsche? This role sits within the existing commercial training team, giving a skilled and experienced trainer the opportunity to steer, create and deliver real change, and see the results first hand.

Spread across the disciplines of soft skills, the product itself, and user technology, you'll have the chance to work with our retail network and key stakeholders within the business to both develop and deliver training that makes us fit for the future in our exciting, demanding and rapidly changing industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery: Train and at times coach retail network front of house team members, enabling them to deliver a best in class customer experience, and to draw upon their expert knowledge, that you'll help provide. This can involve delivering training solo, or working as part of a team, running assessments and giving clear constructive feedback
  • Training Development: Assume responsibility for a selection of our training programmes, proactively ensuring that they're always relevant and impactful, and are always on target to deliver a best in industry learning experience
  • Planning and Driving Change: Partner with key stakeholders across the business to identify training needs and coordinate the relevant resources (incl LMS, venues, calendar and agencies). You'll be working within a relatively small but very experienced team, where assisting each other to get activities and new projects over the line, and always maintaining a great learning experience, are absolutely key to our performance
  • Flexibility: Whilst the bulk of delivery is from our Reading training centre, you'll need to be able to travel regionally at times, plus expect that as much as 10% of our annual delivery can be at product launches across Europe
  • Leadership: We want people who always put their best foot forward, and live our Brand values in every aspect of their approach to work

Minimum Qualifications

  • Significant experience delivering training in physical, online and digital environments
  • Design and delivery capability with clear learning methodology evidenced
  • Organisational and project management skills
  • Interest and confidence dealing with new products and new technologies
  • Appreciation of the luxury retail environment

Desirable Qualifications

  • Automotive experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel to various locations
  • Collaborative team player
