Training Services Lead - Team Management & Delivery

3t is seeking a Training Management Services (TMS) Team Lead for a permanent contract based in the UK (Aberdeen, Montrose or Newcastle). The ideal candidate will manage training arrangements for client employees, lead a contract team, develop staff through appraisals, and ensure compliance with training requirements. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with knowledge in health and safety and the oil & gas sector. Semi-flexible working hours are offered, with shifts available Monday to Friday.
