Job Description

We are seeking a Training Manager responsible for ensuring the timely training of all employees, equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to carry out their roles with confidence and skill.

The successful candidate will work closely with managers to identify training gaps, create development plans and enhance the overall training offer.

Job Description

We are looking for an individual who can build strong relationships with Trust representatives, deliver collaborative training sessions and maintain accurate training records.

This role plays a key part in driving continuous learning, ensuring compliance, and supporting the ongoing development of teams across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the training of FRC teams through the Super Academy at West Middlesex Hospital, on-site training at CHW and RMH, and eLearning

Report training figures to Trusts on a monthly basis

Liaise with all sites to ensure training compliance targets are met

Innovate training content and delivery methods to empower frontline employees

Organise and manage all training-related queries and discussions with managers and operational teams

Ensure training is effectively managed and coordinated in line with Trust specification and business requirements

Deliver refresher cultural change sessions and Placemaker Pathway training

Develop strong relationships with hospital staff to support service satisfaction

Maintain up-to-date training records within the learning management system and arrange refresher training as required

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Ability to communicate information, ideas and instructions clearly and effectively

Strong listening skills with attention to relevant detail

Experience leading, developing and managing training programmes

Ability to motivate and engage employees
