A major government organisation is seeking an experienced Training Manager to support the delivery of learning, onboarding and user adoption activities across a large-scale technology environment. This is a hands-on delivery role focused on creating training materials, facilitating engaging training sessions and supporting users through onboarding and adoption activities. The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams and stakeholders to ensure users receive a positive learning experience and are fully equipped to make effective use of key digital services. This role would suit someone with strong Learning & Development experience who enjoys being highly visible, engaging directly with users and delivering practical training rather than operating solely in a strategic capacity.

Please note, active SC Clearance or transferable SC Clearance is required, with active DV Clearance being desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual and face-to-face training sessions
• Create and maintain training materials and onboarding content
• Develop user guides, knowledge articles and support documentation
• Support onboarding activities for new users and stakeholder groups
• Facilitate learning forums, workshops and capability sessions
• Gather feedback and improve learning materials
• Support user adoption and change initiatives
• Maintain knowledge management content
• Act as a key point of contact for training and onboarding activities
• Build strong relationships with users and stakeholders
• Promote best practice learning approaches
• Support continuous improvement of training services
