We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Training Consultant to join our team, focused on enhancing the skills, knowledge, and performance of the AGH Individual Sales and Retention teams. This pivotal role is essential in driving revenue growth, improving customer retention, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our organization. As a Training Consultant, you'll design and implement targeted training programs that align with AGH's strategic goals, directly supporting the effectiveness of our sales and retention teams. We're looking for a candidate who can adapt to a dynamic work environment. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as the role involves traveling to overseas offices for training programs beyond the primary base in Tunbridge Wells. Short-notice travel, whether by transport or personal vehicle, will be a regular part of the job.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and implement training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new Individual team members, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Evaluate sales team performance to assess and improve training effectiveness.
  • Identify training needs through job analysis, appraisals, and consultations with business managers.
  • Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and engaging course materials.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Lead Generation teams to improve communication strategies and techniques.
  • Organize and lead training sessions on products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Track and report on training outcomes, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

What you'll bring:

  • In-depth knowledge of common sales frameworks and methodologies and how to apply these to training programmes to improve team effectiveness
  • Understanding of IPMI products, the market landscape and competitors
  • Experience working with dispersed teams across time zones, understanding the complexities of scheduling, cultural nuances and localisation of training materials
  • Strong experience in selling and sales skills
  • Ability to travel to deliver and support training and development activities.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and tools like Articulate or Camtasia for delivering and creating engaging eLearning content.
  • Ability to analyse data on training effectiveness and sales performance metrics to assess training impact and ROI.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with stakeholders and facilitating engaging workshops, webinars, and training sessions.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.

We will be holding interviews on 22nd, 24th, 29th & 31st July. We require candidates to be flexible and make every effort to attend an interview on one of these dates.
