WHAT YOU CAN EXPECTIn our Agricultural Solutions unit, we are looking for a Training Specialist to design and deliver global training about digital tools such Salesforce from the Commercial area to end users and power users. The role requires agile coaching experience and expertise in creating engaging training content using various formats. Collaboration with regional teams and active involvement in change management and digital transformation initiatives are key to success.
- You are responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive training strategies and to ensure the effective adoption and utilization of IT systems, particularly complex multi module platforms such Salesforce across the organization.
- You identify training needs, create targeted learning materials, and develop programs in collaboration with cross-functional and regional teams. You support localization and share best practices globally.
- Furthermore, you deliver training sessions, workshops, and webinars to skills managers and power users with knowledge of IT systems such as Salesforce, focusing on functionalities, best practices, and advanced features.
- You evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously enhance them based on feedback and changing business needs. You stay informed about industry trends and advancements in digital application integrating relevant updates into training content.
- In addition, you collaborate with stakeholders to create and communicate release notes, ensuring relevant updates are integrated into the training curriculum.
- completed degree in Business Administration
- several years of professional experience in working with CRM systems, particularly in leveraging platforms like Salesforce to support business processes
- industry knowledge in the chemical or manufacturing sectors
- proficiency with project management tools
- strong communication skills in English, German would be an advantage, high customer and service orientation
- Gross annual salary (full-time): 59.000 - 62.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus depending on the success of the company and individual performance
