Training and Talent Development Specialist

We are supporting a group based in Geneva in the recruitment of a Specialist & Talent Development to join the HR team. In the context of this role, it contributes to the development and implementation of learning and development programs for their managers. Our client is a group coordinating the annual planning and driving the deployment of learning activities. Facilitate and animate collective development activities, including with leadership teams. Support managers and their teams in the organization of meetings and development sessions. Contribute to engagement actions, internal communications, and cross-functional HR projects. Organize internal events related to talent development and corporate culture.Profile: We are looking for a professional with: 4 to 10 years of experience in Learning & Development or talent development. A demonstrated ability to design and facilitate programs, including for teams and leaders. Excellent language skills in French and English. A structured and reliable approach, comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to credibly interact with managers and senior stakeholders.
