This is a busy, hands on, varied role, so we want someone with lots of drive and initiative.

You'll also be

• brilliant at customer service
• able to talk to people at all levels
• supremely organised
• a great team player
• (ideally) experienced in sales, recruitment or employer engagement
• hold a valid driving licence (with no more than 6 points)

You'll be working on recruitment projects to shape the overall Apprenticeship recruitment strategy and represent North Devon College at promotional events.
