For the development of our activities in the market, we are looking for a dynamic person as Project Manager & Market Switzerland Romande ( %)Lausanne and Zurich. In this diverse role, you will be responsible for the development of the profession in infrastructure construction throughout Switzerland and you will advocate for interests in Switzerland Romande. You will play the role of an interface between institutions, public contracting authorities, and stakeholders. Tasks: Throughout Switzerland: Advocate for interests in the initial and management and execution of revision projects related to the initial within commissions and working groups with effectively involved on topics related to the initial and continuous training, as well as infrastructure construction. Conceptual and editorial dissemination of themes in and within the team of Switzerland Romande: Establishment and strengthening of the presence in Switzerland Romande. Conceptual development of the site of Switzerland Romande. Project management in collaboration with the committee and profile: Tertiary degree title with further education in the pedagogical, economic, and/or political fields. Several years of experience in political advocacy with ease in contacts with federal structures. Experience in the public sector, the private sector, and/or the construction sector. Ability and ease of writing in German (min. C1) and in French. Autonomous, structured, and precise working style. Team-oriented approach and availability to carry out diverse tasks in a small team.
