We're Hiring: Training and Learning Officer

Are you a collaborative and creative learning development professional who is comfortable with digital technology? Do you care about making a positive impact in communities to create better health and social wellbeing? CDHN is looking for a motivated Training and Learning Officer to design and deliver innovative blended learning programmes that support workers and communities to tackle health inequalities and promote social justice.

• Full-time, flexible work-from-home option
• Competitive salary
• 2 years fixed term contract (renewable subject to funding)

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to:

• Develop and deliver engaging and innovative learning programmes (online, in-person, and e-learning)
• Create high-quality digital learning content for our community development and health equity programmes
• Support and grow a learning resource hub
• Work closely with a diverse range communities, members, and partners to identify learning needs
• Monitor and evaluate impact to continuously improve learning delivery

Requirements

• Experience in training development and delivery, eLearning development and adult learning methodologies
• Strong organisational, information management and co-ordination skills.
