Job Description

We're looking for a senior Digital Workplace Adoption and Training Specialist professional to drive user experience, adoption, and enablement across a Workplace Products ecosystem (M365 stack).


Work setup: Hybrid - Moscavide - 2 days on-site per week.


Responsibilities:

  • Produce, maintain and evolve UX/adoption documentation and entity-ready "white label" materials (guides, comms, knowledge base).
  • Maintain and evolve the "One Workplace Experience" reference website for Workplace Products.
  • Design and run feedback loops with Workplace representatives and end users; translate insights into improvement plans with Product Managers.
  • Manage internal governance to ensure alignment with Product and Product Line managers (regular/ad-hoc work sessions).
  • Animate the Workplace Adoption Network community, including the monthly "Adoption Network" meet-up.
  • Support entities during Workplace Products deployments (train-the-trainer, change management coaching).
  • Coordinate with IT Support managers and contribute to the IT Support community animation (entities, L3 experts).
  • Interface with Security/IAM/Cyber teams to define, document, test and roll out support/user guidelines and procedures.


Must-have requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in Digital Workplace / Workplace Adoption / End-User Enablement roles.
  • Strong functional knowledge of M365: Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Windows 10/11.
  • Proven expertise in adoption & enablement: UX, communication, training, and adoption processes.
  • Strong documentation skills (user guides, knowledge base, "white brand/white label" communications).
  • Community management experience (Adoption Network, IT Support/L2/L3 community animation).
  • Working knowledge of change management best practices (Prosci/ADKAR and/or ITIL Change).
  • Solid understanding of IT support processes (ITIL, service desk, escalation workflows).
  • English: mandatory (B2 minimum).
