What you do: You help external and internal service staff develop their technical and sales skills through in-person training or within virtual learning modules, with a focus on SMEs (non-life and life/pension). You interact with course participants, inform supervisors of their learning progress, or define effective measures to create a more conducive learning environment to achieve high results. You are involved in conceptual work as a subject matter expert and develop existing or define new training programs in-person or virtual, depending on needs. What you bring: Professional in private insurance with federal diploma, higher education, or equivalent is essential. Several years of experience in SME insurance consulting. Passion for teaching and learning, ideally with experience in adult education; FSEA is a plus with strong skills in French and good knowledge of German (B2/C1).
