Purpose of the role:

To undertake and complete Welfare Benefits Caseworker training as directed. Within three months to be actively advising andassistingclients and managing a caseload. Toassistin providing an efficient and effective Welfare Benefits service to assess eligibility,maximiseincome and review and appeal decisions asappropriate.
